In this video you will see a group of really hard
working artists interested in learning about the process of intaglio
etching.
I worked with these Artists after a three week retreat with the
women artists at the ELSAMERE STUDY CENTER at Lake Nivasha Kenya.
My
Printmaking Workshop for the Kuona Trust (my co-host) was held
at their Nairobi site at the National Museum of kenya.
And these artists were really engaged in learning and becoming
professional artists. The Kuona Trust was the main NGO arts organization
that local and regional artists depended upon to help uplift and
promote a strong arts community.
This next video presents Tabitha Wathuku talking
about her work.
